Veggie and vegan options include Ve-Du-Ya, made with cashew-based vegan ‘Notzarella' ’and knock your socks off vegan 'nduja, and Pizz’ & Love with veggies and basil pesto. The pizzas are served from an open kitchen with head chef Andrea Vaccariello at the helm. Other meaty toppings on the menu include spicy 'nduja sausage or double pepperoni and spicy honey, which is incredibly popular at the chain's other restaurants. There's pecorino Romana cheese, crispy cured guanciale (cured pork), mozzarella, a drizzle of egg yolk, cracked black pepper and it's finished off with strands of al dente spaghetti. The Carbonara comes with all the elements of the pasta dish but as a white base pizza.
